Digital transformation without losing human connections
For EIDICO, square meters are simply the unit of a transaction. What the company offers is access to a home and a better quality of life. Small investors jointly fund developments at cost, built over several years. The system relies on relationships of trust sustained over time. Supporting its digital transformation meant bringing part of those lasting relationships online while preserving the personal connection at their heart.
A business built on reputation and trust
Some businesses deliver a product as soon as payment is made. Property development is different. Two or three years may pass between signing and taking possession, and many more before the cadastral process allows that possession to be formally registered. Throughout that time, the product is being built — and so is the trust that sustains it.
EIDICO was founded in 1994 amid considerable economic uncertainty. Its idea seemed unlikely: small investors jointly financing, at cost, an urban development that did not yet exist. That was the origin of its shared-interest real estate developments, known today as the EIDICO system. What seemed unusual in a stalled market became the mechanism that gave tens of thousands of families access to a home.
Three decades later, that system supports neighborhoods, homes, apartments and investments across eleven provinces and abroad. It still rests on the same foundation: lasting relationships between people.

Scaling without losing the connection
In 2013, EIDICO had a proven model and a scaling challenge. Every investor went through a lengthy process: subscription, monthly contributions, construction progress, potential transfer of their unit and title registration. Each step was handled at a counter, over the phone or by email. Multiplied across dozens of projects in eleven provinces and thousands of families, the model was beginning to run up against its own success.
The commercial cycle
Subscribing, reserving and purchasing a unit required an in-person visit. People were already buying tickets and making transfers on their phones, while real estate still required a trip to the office.
Investor administration
Every subscriber needed access to their account, contributions, construction reports and project progress. That information existed, but a person had to send it instead of the client being able to check it directly.
The secondary market
Transfers of ownership before title registration are a core part of the EIDICO system. They were also its most cumbersome process: in person, document-heavy and slow.
Nationwide scale
Dozens of parallel projects in different jurisdictions, with different teams and no shared source of truth about the status of each one.

Thirteen years alongside, never across the table
Digital transformation is a business process that moves at the business’s pace. That was our first principle, and it shaped everything else. Our work with EIDICO began with a significant, focused project and a clear launch date, conceived as the starting point of a lasting technology partnership.
What followed was a systematic process: discovery with each department; a systems committee that reviewed the platform and set the annual roadmap; and architecture decisions made with the business in the room, before writing a single line of code.
Each module was introduced one at a time, at the pace of a company that was changing and steadily decentralizing.

We became part of EIDICO’s culture of change, understanding its pace and supporting the decisions that mattered.
Digitizing the system required ongoing follow-up and time to mature.
A roadmap reviewed every year is how we approach a technology partnership.

Launches and subscriptions
An owned channel for purchasing, selling and renting units, available to EIDICO clients and third parties. The entry point to the entire ecosystem.
Online ownership transfers
Ownership transfers before title registration, handled end to end without in-person visits. The system’s most cumbersome procedure became a digital workflow.
Owner portals
Accounts, contributions, statements, construction reports and project progress, available whenever clients need them. Redesigned for responsive access with read receipts and notifications.
Interactive portals and master plans
Explore each development and select a unit directly on its master plan.
Ecosystem integrations
Synchronized publishing across external channels, payment gateways, digital signatures, email marketing, CRM and ERP, all connected to one source of truth.
All-in-One unification
One frontend for the corporate website and the transactional platform: one entry point, one session and one experience.

What changed
No counter in between, with the same personal care as always.
The cycle no longer required an in-person visit
Subscribing, contributing, checking construction progress and transferring a unit: the entire cycle became accessible from a screen, while the relationship with the client retained its personal touch.
Information became proactive and interactive
Owners went from waiting for someone to tell them how their project was progressing to checking it whenever they wanted. That freed support teams to do what a platform cannot.
The market followed EIDICO
EIDICO was the first Argentine developer to bring the entire real estate cycle online. What was a bold move in 2013 is now the industry’s minimum expectation.
